Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your appointment with Dr. Haror’s Wellness. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office by phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the following guidelines:

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees or deposits.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that Dr. Haror’s Wellness cancels your appointment for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees or deposits.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.”

A fee may be charged for missed appointments or no-shows, and this fee will be deducted from any prepaid fees or deposits.

Repeat no-shows may result in additional penalties, including the inability to schedule future appointments with Dr. Haror’s Wellness.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. Please contact our office to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
